Food Find : Picket Fence Ice Cream

Image
*SPONSORED POST* I scream for ICE CREAM! :) A grew up thinking that eating ice cream is only suitable during the summer months. When the temperature is at its all time high and nothing sounds better than indulging in a cold cup of creamy goodness to beat the heat. It was until I learned that ice cream can also be taken in the cold winter nights to help your body release more heat to combat the..cold! It may take a while for this fact to make sense but I tried it when it was shivering cold in Seoul, Korea last April and true enough, it made my heart tremble less and my body somehow was able to produce more heat. This now gives all ice cream lovers out there the reason to enjoy their favourite cold scoop at any given time of the day, month or year! Over the weekend, Paul and I visited SM North EDSA to check out a cute sky blue ice cream cart called Picket Fence ! Being big ice cream fans, we got word that this is really good stuff thus we know we can’t pass up on the opportunity

I just love the feeling of being happy while eating! Yes, that truly sounded very much like a glutton talking but eating makes me happy and what I love most is when I dine at a restaurant that just gives a very happy vibe all together. Due to all our conflicting schedules, it has been months since Richard's initial invite and sadly this plan still hasn't pushed through. Luckily, Paul and I found Hapadog which was strategically located beside Gong Cha and is just a few steps away from Starbucks Coffee. As we entered the very tiny restaurant, the server immediately handed us the menu and the first thing that

I guess I can say that I am very lucky to be blessed with a handful of great friends. They are the kind of friends whom I can definitely trust and count on in good times and bad. These friends are those whom I've grown up with and have spent countless memories of fun school years together. It's funny though that I find myself part of a number of trios, which clearly shows that Three is NOT a Crowd . Here's one trio that has been together for more than five years -- it all began in our university, UA&P , where we were all active members of the student council. E was the finance officer that school year where I was part of her office that launched the first ever UA&P discount card . C was the one who took over this big project and brought it to new heights the following year. I really couldn't remember the nitty-gritty details of how our trio was born but I can probably say that it was simply because we all got along really well and the rest was history. Ther
